- I have been programming in C for the last 10 years or so. But recently I have been
- thinking about moving to C++. My primary target platform is (unfortunately) going
- to be Win95. My question is, which Compiler should I use that will provide a smooth
- transition from C & DOS/Win31 to C++ & Win95?
-
- I'm sure "what is the best compiler for..." question has been beaten to death on
- this list, but I haven't found the answer to my question in any FAQ yet. Any
- comment on this matter will be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone has any
- suggestions on C++ books/periodicals that are targeted for a C programmer,
- please let me know. TIA.
